How do I know which soccer cleat size to order?
We recommend checking our specific brand size guides as fits vary between Nike, Adidas, and Puma. Most professional-grade cleats are designed for a snug, 'second-skin' fit.
Can I return a jersey if it has been customized?
Unfortunately, jerseys that have been personalized with custom names, numbers, or league patches cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited overnight shipping if you need your gear before match day.
Are the soccer balls shipped inflated or deflated?
To ensure safety during transit and reduce shipping costs, all soccer balls are shipped deflated. We recommend using a standard pump and needle for inflation.
What is your return policy for footwear used on the pitch?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Once cleats have been used on grass or turf, they are no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer team discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! We provide special pricing for clubs, schools, and amateur teams ordering 10 or more units of uniforms or equipment. Please contact our sales team for a quote.
